About the role

  • Provide legal services in estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid or special needs planning
  • Review and advise on client intake data and documents gathered by our team
  • Conduct thorough client consultations (mostly by Zoom) and provide accurate, personalized legal guidance
  • Partner with our in-house support staff to deliver a turnkey client experience

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar license in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate planning or related roles
  • Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning experience is required
  • Ability to independently onboard and manage clients
  • Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred
