About the role
- Key member of Unison finance team handling financial operations and reporting for M&A, Human Resources, and Legal. Responsible for providing accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and treasury management.
Responsibilities

- Portfolio performance analysis.
- Assist in month end close and forecasting processes.

- Prepared managerial reporting including operational KPIs.
- Variance analysis of results to budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Support Finance and Business teams in the preparation of annual budgets and related business plans.
- Support the cross-border consolidation of the financial data of the group entities.
- Financial modeling including returns and diligence for acquisitions; Debt facilities including compliance.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance or related field and 7+ years of experience.
- Experience with general accounting principles and procedures, financial forecasting techniques, compiling and presenting financial analysis. Highly analytical, organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Robust knowledge of Excel and ERP.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
