About the role

  • Lead Generation Specialist setting qualified appointments for Account Managers at Unison. Focusing on real estate investments and managing a personal pipeline of leads.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads and set calls between property owners and Account Managers.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to call settings and deal progression.
  • Actively monitor and manage the origination waterfall to ensure a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Provide user-experience and process feedback related to data mining, CRM workflows, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product development to help maintain a competitive market position.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call-center or inside sales environment.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV.
  • Familiarity with the real estate transaction and closing process is a plus.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy is an advantage.
  • Some college education or equivalent professional experience required.
