Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, and firm size criteria
  • Identify decision‑makers using online research, directories, and enrichment tools
  • Create and execute outbound email sequences tailored to specific market segments
  • Manage outreach performance using CRM and campaign tools
  • Track opens, replies, conversions, and pipeline progression
  • Maintain clean, accurate data across all systems
  • Qualify inbound responses and route high‑intent leads to senior team members
  • Handle unsubscribes, bounces, and negative replies professionally
  • Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and workflows for scalability

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound prospecting or lead generation in B2B environments
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, or similar
  • Ability to write concise, compelling outreach emails
  • Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with structured workflows and performance metrics
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational habits
  • Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining personalization
  • Prior experience in financial services, SaaS, or professional services lead generation
  • Exposure to U.S. mid‑market or SMB segments
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and outbound automation tools
