  • Junior Analyst developing and managing health programs for improving quality of life and disease prevention at Unimed Nacional. Focused on research, monitoring teams, and creating instructional materials.

Responsibilities

  • Perform low-complexity tasks to develop programs focused on well-being and quality of life, emphasizing health promotion and prevention of chronic diseases using an in-house methodology with criteria for defining chronic diseases aligned with WHO (World Health Organization) definitions; conduct research to identify individuals at risk, monitor and guide third-party teams in carrying out activities, aiming to improve the well-being and quality of life of patients/health plan members, working under supervision.
  • Conduct research to identify at-risk individuals, performing studies and analyses aimed at preventing and reducing risks and costs for the organization.
  • Support the development of instructional materials based on content produced by the area, aimed at raising awareness and promoting actions for patients with chronic diseases.
  • Provide support for validation of technical materials, working under supervision.
  • Provide support to the commercial area with indicators for client companies.
  • Support the management of indicators across different programs by gathering financial information, monitoring work progress and results achieved, identifying deviations and recommending actions to improve programs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospital Administration, Health, or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
