About the role

  • Financial Analyst responsible for cash flow management and investment policy restructuring for Unimed Minas Gerais. Ensuring compliance and conducting financial analyses for business units.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the finance department, monitoring cash flow and optimizing cash generation in line with the board-approved budget.
  • Analyze and manage cash control procedures and cash flow for subsequent reporting to the Board of Directors and Boards.
  • Provide support for the implementation or restructuring of investment policies for the Singulares (individual member entities).
  • Prepare and monitor cash flows by controlling daily information on receipts and payments made and due, ensuring compliance with established plans.
  • Prepare presentations for the Fiscal Council on the cash flow of Federação Minas and its business units.
  • Analyze cash flow and prepare revenue and payment projections to identify improvements in the company's economic and financial performance.
  • Develop studies for the Singulares to implement or restructure cash flow processes.
  • Conduct meetings with the Singulares to present the scope of activities for implementing or restructuring investment policies.
  • Monitor the execution of activities related to implementing or restructuring investment policies.
  • Verify information provided by the Singulares for implementing or restructuring investment policies.
  • Assist in executing activities performed by the financial analyst (financial investments).
  • Perform site visits to the Singulares to address demands related to the role.
  • Perform other tasks similar to those described above, as directed by the manager.
  • When applicable, carry out the activities described above in support of Instituto Unimed Minas Gerais.
