Responsibilities
Support the development, maintenance, and operation of global costing and net profitability models
Perform detailed cost calculations, allocations, and reconciliations across services, tests, and operational units
Ensure costing methodologies are correctly applied and documented
Collect, validate, and consolidate cost and operational data from local markets
Perform data quality checks, variance analysis, and root-cause investigation
Ensure consistency of data definitions and adherence to global standards
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc costing and profitability analyses
Support the production of dashboards and reports in collaboration with BI teams
Contribute to margin analysis, cost driver insights, and performance tracking
Work directly and actively with local finance teams, operations, procurement, and commercial functions
Support markets in understanding costing outputs and underlying assumptions
Act as a key point of contact for data-related costing questions from local teams
Contribute to the development of global costing processes, tools, and documentation
Support the rollout and adoption of costing methodologies across markets
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in management accounting, controlling, or financial analysis
Fluent in English
Hands-on experience with costing, cost allocation, and profitability analysis
Experience working with large datasets, ERP systems, and BI tools
Exposure to healthcare, medical diagnostics, or other operationally complex environments is a plus
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
Solid understanding of cost structures and operational drivers
Comfortable working with data, calculations, and financial models
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
Clear and structured communication skills
