About the role
- Senior Product Designer at Unifonic, working on innovative communication tools. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-impact user experiences in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept to execution.
- Working closely with engineers and PMs to define problems, move quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Understands engineering and can build prototypes to communicate ideas (Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, Vercel, Figma, code, etc).
- Create sketches, wireframes, storyboards, task flows, and user journeys to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes and deliver production-ready design assets.
- Articulate a clear point of view for customer experiences and the rationale behind it.
- Collaborate with UX Research to develop a thorough understanding of your users.
- Partner with product managers on planning and strategy.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with the broader Product Design team, and contribute to design-led initiatives that help the company grow.
- Validate design solutions with our different target audiences, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Iterate on feedback from your cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with engineers as they build and ship (Design QA).
Requirements
- Hands-on 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI designer.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems, design tokens, and component documentation.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, remote testing tools and digital whiteboards.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or other related fields.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Fluency in English and excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
