Responsibilities
- Provide digital and telephone support to Unicred members, prioritizing their needs, understanding their requirements and committed to resolving issues efficiently and promptly, while adhering to security standards and the rules and procedures established by the Unicred System;
- Assist Unicred members with technical support, answering questions and offering solutions tailored to their needs, ensuring they are familiar with the features of our applications;
- Handle complaints with empathy, building rapport with members to ensure retention and loyalty;
- Communicate the Cooperative's values to members, acting as a bridge between the organization and the public, and highlighting the benefits and practical uses of our products and services;
- Report process improvement opportunities to leaders and log operational issues, potential bugs, feedback and suggestions submitted by members to support root cause analysis;
- Communicate new business opportunities to the Relationship Managers of affiliated cooperatives;
- Support leaders with administrative tasks in the area.
