About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the development, update and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process for the Unicred System
- Map and update Business Impact Analyses (BIA), as well as analyze results and dependencies of the mapped processes (suppliers and systems)
- Identify RTO, RPO and MTPD timeframes
- Support responsible teams in the preparation and update of Continuity Plans that comprise the BCP, contributing to the improvement of continuity strategies
- Execute and monitor tests of continuity plans, analyze results and support the identification of improvements
- Monitor incidents that may impact Business Continuity and support the Crisis Management process
- Support the centralization, organization and standardization of BCM information and practices across the involved areas
- Participate in the review of normative documents and technical reports, providing critical insight with a focus on regulatory compliance
- Support institutional awareness activities and the strengthening of organizational continuity and resilience culture (training, drills, and other initiatives)
- Provide support to Cooperatives and other Unicred areas, promoting risk culture across the Unicred System
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields
- Knowledge of methodologies and tools related to business continuity management and risk management
- Knowledge of Brazilian banking legislation and the National Financial System
- Knowledge of cooperative legislation
- Group facilitation techniques
- Business writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Technical certifications are a plus (e.g., CBCP, ISO certifications, among others)
