About the role

  • Analista de Gente & Gestão managing end-to-end recruitment for Bagaggio. Focusing on HR metrics and operational processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end operational/commercial recruitment and selection processes at a national level;
  • Monitor employees' probationary periods;
  • Monitor HR metrics (SLA, turnover, headcount, etc.);
  • Conduct exit interviews;
  • Prepare initial operational admission/onboarding processes;
  • Support leaders on people management topics;
  • Participate in climate, engagement and development projects;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Experience with end-to-end Recruitment & Selection, preferably handling high-volume hiring;
  • Experience analyzing HR metrics;
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms/ATS;
  • Organized with a strong sense of priorities;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Easily accessible to Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
