Responsibilities
**What will you be doing in this role?**
Support the redesign and harmonization of SharePoint sites, including information architecture, content migration, and governance.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and coordinate validation of site structures and layouts.
Implement and maintain modern SharePoint pages, libraries, and project portals.
Support project planning, coordination, and delivery activities, including documentation, reporting, and tracking.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and resource coordination using standard tools.
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support day-to-day administrative processes.
Provide customer-facing support by responding to queries and providing information on services and procedures.
Maintain files, records, and documentation, and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum 3 years of experience.
Previous experience with SharePoint.
Experience in the use of Microsoft office automation package.
Experience in roles requiring to take initiative and a flexible approach.
Thorough knowledge of computer-based tools for project planning/control and resource management (like MS Project, Service Now).
Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
