About the role

  • SharePoint & Project Coordinator supporting the digital transformation at Uni Systems. Involved in SharePoint site redesign, project planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • **What will you be doing in this role?**
  • Support the redesign and harmonization of SharePoint sites, including information architecture, content migration, and governance.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and coordinate validation of site structures and layouts.
  • Implement and maintain modern SharePoint pages, libraries, and project portals.
  • Support project planning, coordination, and delivery activities, including documentation, reporting, and tracking.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and resource coordination using standard tools.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support day-to-day administrative processes.
  • Provide customer-facing support by responding to queries and providing information on services and procedures.
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation, and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • **What do you need to succeed in this position?**
  • Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Previous experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft office automation package.
  • Experience in roles requiring to take initiative and a flexible approach.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer-based tools for project planning/control and resource management (like MS Project, Service Now).
  • Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
