- Project development and acquisition

- Preparation and evaluation of contaminated-site remediation concepts
- Coordination of planning and permitting procedures with authorities during the development of remediation projects (OLED, OSol and OSites)
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation
- Monitoring and collaboration within the planning and development team
- Knowledge transfer for project acquisition and execution
- Management and monitoring of projects in cooperation with clients, specialist engineers, competent authorities and earthworks contractors
- Oversight of the financial management of construction sites
- Coordination of specialist planners and authorities during the execution phase

- Proven, in-depth technical expertise in the field of contaminated sites
- Broad knowledge of the full contaminated-site management process; contacts and familiarity with authority representatives
- Professional reputation recognized by engineers and authorities
