Requirements
- 14 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree+10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree+8 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise architecting in the marketing technology space.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with tools like CDP offerings, Marketing Clouds, Customer Service Platforms, Personalization and other various other solutions at the API level.
- Skilled in performance engineering, observability, secure system design (zero-trust, privacy), relational databases, Git, command line, and modeling tools.
- Effective at aligning cross-functional stakeholders, driving consensus in matrixed environments, and connecting architecture decisions to business outcomes and value realization.
- Experience launching and supporting highly available, mission-critical systems worldwide; familiar with RFx processes and enterprise-grade resiliency patterns.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences through clear writing and executive-level storytelling. Can assess and understand technology’s business impacts and optimize the user journey for a seamless experience.
