Exhibit & Inventory Management: Track, organize, and safeguard physical exhibits. Develop and manage document‑security processes.
Shipping & Logistics: Manage hard‑copy transcript shipping operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Team Leadership & Support: Lead, coach, and support production staff while prioritizing workflow and assigning tasks based on business needs.
Performance Management: Monitor performance, productivity, and quality using KPIs and SLAs; identify areas for efficiency and accuracy improvements.
Compliance & Information Security: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with all company policies and data‑security standards.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
Experience: 4+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high‑volume setting with direct people management.
Preferred: Experience managing teams using KPIs and SLAs.
Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage deadlines, team performance, and client expectations. Comfort with technology, workflow systems, and managing digital files.
