  • Customer Reliability Analyst responsible for monitoring and improving electric distribution reliability. Collaborate and analyze performance metrics to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve customer-level reliability across the electric distribution system
  • Identify reliability risks and analyze circuit performance
  • Trigger investigative and mitigation actions such as drone inspections
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve circuit reliability and track mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in IT systems support with High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in IT systems support with Associates Degree in business or IT
  • 0 years of experience in IT systems support with Bachelor's Degree in business or IT
  • Programming & Data Analysis: Python, R, SQL
  • Visualization & Reporting Tools: Power BI
  • Cloud & Data Platforms: Databricks, Amazon SageMaker
  • Familiarity with GIS, MACSS (Customer Information System), Storms, Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle Databases, Hadoop
