- Plant security courses (Werkschutz) and experience in security services are an advantage
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Driving license class B
- Clean criminal record certificate
- Willingness to work in shift patterns and on weekends
- Reliability, flexibility and strong communication skills
- Additional qualifications in the security field are advantageous
