About the role

  • Senior Supervisor responsible for developing security policies and procedures at L3Harris Technologies. Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and supervising security audits and training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified, sensitive, or proprietary materials
  • Research, interpret, and implement federal security regulations
  • Maintain awareness of interdisciplinary compliance requirements across finance, cyber security, information technology, and trade compliance
  • Obtain rulings and interpretations for regulatory compliance from government agencies
  • Prepare detailed manuals outlining regulations
  • Establish protocols for personnel and visitor access
  • Investigate security infractions and prepare reports
  • Collect, assimilate, and interpret compliance and workplace risks
  • Supervise lower-level professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
  • USG Security Clearance Required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present reports to management
  • Motivated to thoroughly investigate, analyze, and document system issues and resolutions
  • Ability to produce quality deliverables and complete assigned projects on time
  • Consistent attention to detail
