Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and fill positions for our group companies using modern recruiting tools, platforms, and AI
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent, and analyze and optimize recruiting processes
  • Conduct interviews and selection processes
  • Maintain and expand a network of candidates and external partners to ensure sustainable talent acquisition
  • Work closely with departments to analyze staffing needs and fill positions
  • Promote our employer brand through targeted marketing activities

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in recruiting with in-depth knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with people
  • Creativity, willingness to innovate, and strong team spirit
