Requirements
- A pragmatic mindset.

- +5 years of software development experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages (Java or Python).
- Strong database and schema design skills for large-scale applications.
- Adaptable attitude and personality, ready for continuous change.

- Good English skills.
- Experience developing distributed systems using microservices architecture, serverless architecture, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with AWS, Ansible, Packer, Docker, and Kubernetes is a significant plus.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong English listening and speaking skills.
- Experience working in the banking and financial domain.
