Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support TA Specialists with job posting, candidate tracking, and pipeline management
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process
- Ensure timely communication and a positive, professional candidate journey
- Prepare interview materials and logistics (virtual / onsite)
- Partner with TA Specialist and hiring managers to align interview plans
- Support offer documentation and onboarding coordination as needed
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
- Identify opportunities to streamline coordination workflows
- Support TA projects such as employer branding initiatives or campus hiring events
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or similar administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Native level of Japanese and business level of English
- Experience working with global ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo etc.)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven experience building and scaling hiring operations in a high-growth environment (startup or tech preferred)
- Experience supporting global or cross-border hiring (Nice to have)
