Responsibilities
Act in partnership with business leaders, understanding operations, objectives and challenges to provide strategic support in people management.
Support and guide managers in conducting 1:1 meetings, structured feedback, career planning and the creation/follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Lead and support performance review cycles.
Participate in recruitment and selection processes, collaborating on defining profiles, competencies and cultural fit.
Support hiring decisions together with leadership.
Lead and improve onboarding processes.
Develop and monitor people management metrics.
Support projects related to HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, employee engagement, succession planning, among others).
Perform behavioral profile analyses and support development actions.
Strengthen relationships with employees by promoting an environment of trust, active listening and open communication.
Requirements
Must reside in Joinville, SC (hybrid model, 3 days on-site).
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
Experience in Human Resources, preferably in technology companies.
Hands-on experience in Recruitment & Selection and Organizational Development.
Experience with performance appraisal, IDPs, structured feedback and onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships across different organizational levels.
Proactive, empathetic, organized and strategic mindset.
