About the role

  • Business Analyst focusing on business requirements and solution development for CRIF, a financial solutions group.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in studies to evaluate business requirements
  • Identify and formalize business requirements
  • Interfaces with software developers to explain solutions
  • Develop new analyzes using Business Intelligence tools
  • Creating dashboards and performing deep-dive analysis
  • Prepares demo of the solution and supports pre-sales activity
  • Supports post-sales activities in complex problem resolutions
  • Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements or alternatives
  • Operates in accordance with company security policies
  • Proactively contributes to team goals
  • Plan and define test cases, drafting of documents

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management Engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Power BI and relational databases
  • Good knowledge of the office package (excel, projects, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge functional analysis and testing procedure
