- Collaborating with product managers, engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and adviser needs.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on IFA and wealth management workflows, ensuring products meet regulatory and client servicing requirements.
- Supporting backlog refinement, prioritisation, and delivery of high impact features within an Agile environment.
- Using data and defined KPIs to assess product performance, identify risks, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- You have proven experience working as a Business Analyst within fintech, wealth management technology, or financial services.
- You have hands on experience working with AI enabled products and evaluating data driven outputs.
- You are experienced in translating complex business needs into clear, structured documentation within Agile teams.
- You use analytical thinking and data insights to support prioritisation, decision making, and business impact analysis.
- If you have knowledge of the UK IFA or wealth management industry, including adviser workflows and regulatory considerations that would be a bonus.
