Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in sports graphic design — ideally within college sports, the NFL, or a sports media/publisher environment.
A strong portfolio featuring recent sports design work — this is essential.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
Experience designing for social media, brand campaigns, and sports marketing.
Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Knowledge of social platform formats and aspect ratios.
A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
Bonus: Illustration skills, Figma, 3D design, scripting/programming, or motion principles.
