Responsibilities
Lead the development of creative concepts and multi-platform visual design across campaigns and initiatives.
Create and enhance sophisticated visual assets, including illustrations, graphics, page layouts.
Translate complex ideas, messages and data into clear, engaging and visually compelling communication.
Provide feedback, coaching and informal mentorship to junior designers.
Manage multiple, deadline-driven projects while maintaining a high standard of quality, brand consistency and craft.
Requirements
Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
A high level of professionalism, resourcefulness, and creativity.
A diverse portfolio demonstrating a passion for your work.
Preference will be given to those candidates that have a portfolio demonstrating design agility across a variety of media.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Word).
5+ years of design experience, ideally within brand, marketing, advertising agency or in-house creative teams.
Experience working with print suppliers, providing final files and running preflight.
