About the role

  • Graphic Designer for Nextpower elevating brand experience through visual storytelling. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing materials and driving creative excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Steward the Nextpower brand across all global visual communications and marketing channels
  • Design compelling graphics for marketing, product, and corporate teams—including investor reports, collateral, social media, web, event signage, and presentation templates
  • Create engaging social media visuals and short-form content aligned with Nextpower’s global advertising and campaign calendar
  • Collaborate with our digital agency to create winning HubSpot email campaign assets—including banners, graphics, GIFs, and visual templates that drive engagement and performance
  • Contribute to video content creation, including layout design, motion graphics, and visual treatments for marketing and storytelling
  • Interface with media partners to deliver artwork and ensure visual consistency across external media placements and industry advertising
  • Collaborate with global agency partners to provide, develop, or review creative assets that align with Nextpower brand standards
  • Work closely with regional marketers to ensure all corporate fact sheets, product collateral, and localized marketing materials stay on brand and up to date
  • Own and evolve our global brand guidelines, presentation templates and visual storytelling standards
  • Manage and organize creative assets across Air and Box, ensuring everything is current, tagged, searchable, and version-controlled
  • Support and track creative deliverables for global advertising programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Maintain and grow the design library (icons, infographics, diagrams, templates) to enable efficiency and brand consistency
  • Contribute to digital experience design with working knowledge of our creative tech stack, including Contentful, Vercel, Mux, and Air
  • Champion design operations with smart systems, organized workflows, and strong file hygiene
  • Ensure every deliverable communicates clarity, consistency, and impact, aligned with brand guidelines and creative strategy

Requirements

  • 6-12 years of professional design experience
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, precision, and brand alignment across digital and print
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency with additional creative tools and motion/animation platforms (Figma and After Effects a plus)
  • Proven ability to design for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, email marketing, and video-based storytelling
  • Experience using HubSpot, Contentful, Vercel, Mux, and Air, or equivalent CMS, video, and asset management tools
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies, trade media, and regional marketing teams to deliver brand-consistent creative under deadline
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive mindset—with a bias for simplicity, clarity, and execution
  • Comfort balancing both templated systems and bespoke creative campaigns at a global scale
