About the role

  • Support logistical planning for internal and external events (venue bookings, transportation, accommodation, catering, etc.)
  • Assist with contracting and managing relationships with suppliers, such as caterers, agencies, audio/visual technicians, and others
  • Manage promotional materials, giveaways and visual communication items
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support communication with attendees, including invitations, confirmations and pre-/post-event assistance
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, ensuring everything aligns with the briefing
  • Assist with budget management and expense control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields — completed or in progress
  • Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Availability for occasional travel and flexible working hours, including weekends, according to event needs
