Responsibilities
Support logistical planning for internal and external events (venue bookings, transportation, accommodation, catering, etc.)
Assist with contracting and managing relationships with suppliers, such as caterers, agencies, audio/visual technicians, and others
Manage promotional materials, giveaways and visual communication items
Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support communication with attendees, including invitations, confirmations and pre-/post-event assistance
Assist with event setup and teardown, ensuring everything aligns with the briefing
Assist with budget management and expense control
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields — completed or in progress
Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal and written communication skills
Availability for occasional travel and flexible working hours, including weekends, according to event needs
