Requirements
Qualified and registered social worker
Ability to manage both projects and finances
Strong background in driving excellent outcomes for children and young people
Experience in a complex Children's Services environment
Understanding of relevant legislation and quality assurance in family services
Excellent understanding of the Ofsted Inspection process
