About the role

• Senior Analyst for project management and operations in the utilities sector focusing on water. Collaborating with technical areas and supporting performance indicators and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and operations in the water sector, with a focus on control and execution;
• Monitor schedules, costs, performance indicators (SLA) and the quality of deliverables;
• Consolidate information and prepare management reports to support decision-making;
• Perform critical analyses of operational data and propose process improvements;
• Work together with technical areas, suppliers and field teams to ensure operational effectiveness;
• Contribute to meeting project targets with a proactive attitude and results orientation;
• Support the technical development of solutions for the client;
• When necessary, work on-site at client facilities;
• Provide technical support to field teams.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, deployment or projects in the telecommunications and/or utilities sectors, preferably water;
• Knowledge of schedule control, SLAs and operational performance analysis;
• Analytical skills, organization and autonomy to work across multiple fronts;
• Collaborative profile with good communication skills and a delivery-oriented mindset;
• Availability to travel.
