About the role

Responsibilities
- Support project management and operations in the water sector, with a focus on control and execution;
- Monitor schedules, costs, performance indicators (SLA) and the quality of deliverables;
- Consolidate information and prepare management reports to support decision-making;
- Perform critical analyses of operational data and propose process improvements;
- Work together with technical areas, suppliers and field teams to ensure operational effectiveness;
- Contribute to meeting project targets with a proactive attitude and results orientation;
- Support the technical development of solutions for the client;
- When necessary, work on-site at client facilities;
- Provide technical support to field teams.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, deployment or projects in the telecommunications and/or utilities sectors, preferably water;
- Knowledge of schedule control, SLAs and operational performance analysis;
- Analytical skills, organization and autonomy to work across multiple fronts;
- Collaborative profile with good communication skills and a delivery-oriented mindset;
- Availability to travel.
