About the role
- Product Manager leading public cloud product lifecycle at Telefónica Tech. Collaborating across teams to enhance B2B market products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle of public cloud products, from ideation through evolution and deprecation of offerings
- Conduct benchmarks and market research on trends, pricing, usage, and differentiators in cloud computing solutions
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, Huawei, IBM), monitoring roadmaps, co-selling opportunities, and funding
- Collaborate with engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and operations to develop, launch, and improve products that meet B2B market needs
- Prepare business cases, go-to-market plans, and positioning strategies
- Prioritization: Manage the backlog using data and prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) focused on value, risk, and impact
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, churn, profitability, and product margin
- Ensure complete documentation of offerings and support ongoing enablement of the salesforce and partner teams
- Support commercial and marketing teams with technical inputs for campaigns and value propositions
- Serve as a technical and strategic reference on the topic, promoting continuous enablement of the salesforce and partner areas
Requirements
- Must reside in São Paulo
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience as a Product Manager working with public cloud products
- Product Management certification (PM3, TERA, or other recognized providers) or CSPO
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Huawei Cloud, or other providers, including infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, security)
- Ability to build business cases, define roadmaps, and plan launch strategies
- Analytical, data-driven profile with proficiency in metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, margin, and churn
- Ability to navigate across departments and multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced English (for interfacing with partners and technical documentation)
- Technical-commercial knowledge of Microsoft, AWS, IBM, Huawei solutions and private cloud
- Proficiency in technical tools (Power BI, advanced Excel)
- Understanding of reseller models, channels, and hybrid infrastructure offerings (cloud + datacenter)
- Experience with advanced professional services
