Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of restaurant clients and ensure they extract maximum value from our AI-powered platform
Help restaurants grow their delivery performance through data, insights, and operational excellence
Be the main point of contact for your accounts, guiding them, supporting them, spotting opportunities, and ensuring their delivery channels run on auto-pilot
Collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, actively solve client challenges, and help improve processes as we scale across Europe
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or managing client portfolios
Customer-obsessed — you deeply care about client outcomes and long-term relationships
Detail-oriented and structured — you follow up, follow through, and stay on top of multiple moving pieces
Strong communication and relationship-building skills — clients trust you
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards

Fluent in Spanish, with strong English (B2+)
