About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for helping restaurant clients maximize delivery performance using AI. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of restaurant clients and ensure they extract maximum value from our AI-powered platform
  • Help restaurants grow their delivery performance through data, insights, and operational excellence
  • Be the main point of contact for your accounts, guiding them, supporting them, spotting opportunities, and ensuring their delivery channels run on auto-pilot
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, actively solve client challenges, and help improve processes as we scale across Europe

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or managing client portfolios
  • Customer-obsessed — you deeply care about client outcomes and long-term relationships
  • Detail-oriented and structured — you follow up, follow through, and stay on top of multiple moving pieces
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — clients trust you
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards
  • Commercial mindset — you can spot upsell opportunities, understand client needs, and push for adoption
  • Problem solver — proactive, resourceful, and fast at unblocking issues
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Fluent in Spanish, with strong English (B2+)
