About the role

  • Lead insights and analytics for improving client experience at Truist. Coach teams, build reporting tools, and enhance data-driven decision-making for financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level insights to improve client experience
  • Coach and elevate a high-performing analytics team
  • Build and scale dashboards and reporting that meet enterprise business needs
  • Leverage automation to simplify workflows
  • Create PowerPoint narratives based on data analysis
  • Explain and interpret complex information
  • Lead small projects with manageable risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline
  • Focus on process automation to improve efficiency
  • Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines
  • Experience managing small-mid size projects with some complexity
  • Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
