Responsibilities
Responsible for monthly operational meetings with our customers, present regular updates to stakeholders and clients on service delivery performance.
Manage and oversee the delivery of cyber security services to clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the onboarding of new MDR customers
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security needs and align service delivery accordingly.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and project managers, to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
Maintain comprehensive performance reports, providing insights into service delivery metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Good communication skills, verbally as well as written, in both English and Swedish
Experience with ITIL and/or other process frameworks
