Responsibilities
Design and deliver interactive F2F and live virtual training
Manage programs end-to-end
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to create learning solutions using internal resources only
Conduct needs analysis and design learner-centric training solutions
Partner with SMEs to convert learning needs into interactive learning solutions (F2F or virtual)
Design training materials and activities without external providers
Facilitate engaging F2F and virtual sessions (Teams)
Manage program operations: timelines, enrollment, communications, materials, reporting
Support business stakeholders with learning requests
Lead a team of two L&D members supporting Global L&D
Requirements
Degree in Education, Adult Learning, HRD, or Instructional Design (or equivalent experience)
5–7 years in L&D with proven facilitation, training design examples, and program management
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
Team leadership experience
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Ability to operate with limited external resources; creative, pragmatic problem-solver
