About the role

  • Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Trivium Packaging designing and delivering interactive training solutions. Leading program management and stakeholder collaboration for effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver interactive F2F and live virtual training
  • Manage programs end-to-end
  • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to create learning solutions using internal resources only
  • Conduct needs analysis and design learner-centric training solutions
  • Partner with SMEs to convert learning needs into interactive learning solutions (F2F or virtual)
  • Design training materials and activities without external providers
  • Facilitate engaging F2F and virtual sessions (Teams)
  • Manage program operations: timelines, enrollment, communications, materials, reporting
  • Support business stakeholders with learning requests
  • Lead a team of two L&D members supporting Global L&D

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Adult Learning, HRD, or Instructional Design (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7 years in L&D with proven facilitation, training design examples, and program management
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
  • Team leadership experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Ability to operate with limited external resources; creative, pragmatic problem-solver
