About the role

  • Studio Manager focusing on CIS markets at Tripledot, navigating partnerships and game development in mobile gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and sign deals with gaming studios, focusing on the CIS and Eastern European markets.
  • Onboard and manage new partner studios, ensuring smooth collaboration and driving measurable results aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch, securing the creation of innovative and engaging mobile games.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics, to inform the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring game concepts and features to life as an end-to-end product owner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product/project management, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry (experience in managing gaming studios is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in managing negotiations and finalizing contractual agreements.
  • Proven experience in leading the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps, from concept through to production.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Russian language proficiency is required for this position as this position will primarily work with studios from the CIS countries and Sr. Studios Manager
  • Experience working on mobile games with a proven track record of driving successful planning, development, and launches (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills (both technical and non-technical), with the ability to engage with and understand both technical subjects and emerging technologies, and their relevance to the marketplace (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a startup environment (preferred).
