About the role

  • Analista de Mídia e Redes Sociais focusing on paid media performance and demand generation for financial services company. Planning and executing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms relevant to B2B
  • Define acquisition, remarketing, and awareness strategies considering different stages of the funnel
  • Manage media budgets, tracking ROI, CAC, CPA, CPL, and other performance KPIs
  • Formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests, and drive continuous optimizations
  • Work in partnership with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align objectives and goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Build reports and dashboards with clear insights on performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, marketing automation platforms, and CRM to track the funnel
  • Manage social media with a focus on brand positioning, supporting media campaigns, and demand generation
  • Work together with external vendors or internal content and design teams, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Track engagement, reach, and impact metrics of social channels within the marketing funnel.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with paid media, especially in B2B contexts
  • Experience in financial services, fintechs, or regulated markets
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, among others)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and performance
  • Experience with analytics tools, CRM, and marketing automation
  • Ability to plan end-to-end campaigns with a strategic mindset and results orientation
  • Experience with B2B lead generation and inbound/outbound strategies
  • Experience working in technology companies, SaaS, or fintechs
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or Growth Marketing
  • Experience testing creatives and messaging for corporate/business audiences.
