About the role

  • Lead Workday Analyst responsible for Absence and Time Tracking across various global regions. Implementing system optimizations and collaborating with HR stakeholders for top performance.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead complex configuration changes for global absence plans, eligibility rules, and business processes to meet diverse international requirements.
  • Architect and develop technical proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate new system functionalities before global rollout.
  • Collaborate directly with global HR and Payroll stakeholders to translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by researching and diagnosing sophisticated system issues and implementing long-term resolutions.
  • Lead the adoption of new Workday features, ensuring Trimble remains at the cutting edge of HR technology and system release management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
  • Proven expertise in managing Workday EIBs and advanced Excel for large-scale data analysis and system updates.
  • Strong technical understanding of Workday security, custom reporting, and alerts configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical support to global business stakeholders.
  • Background working in a multi-country or global environment with a focus on system testing and release cycles.
