About the role
- Assist in contractual analysis and compliance at Eletromidia, Brazil's leading Out of Home media company. Collaborate on contract management, reporting, and compliance assurance activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, with an emphasis on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Monitor campaigns in partnership with the Commercial and OPEC teams, including approval of layouts with partners;
- Control and monitor contractual clauses, ensuring that all obligations are fulfilled according to the agreed terms;
- Support the negotiation of new contracts and amendments, participating in meetings to align conditions and deadlines;
- Update and maintain contract records in internal systems and control spreadsheets;
- Monitor and manage contract expiration and renewal deadlines, informing the parties involved about required actions;
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of contracts, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions;
- Assist in resolving any contractual issues, working alongside different areas of the company;
- Organize and file physical and digital contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of contract law and compliance;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable working with control tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or corporate systems).
- Preferred: Previous experience in contract analysis or contract management, even as an intern or in entry-level positions;
- Experience with intermediate-level Excel.
