About the role

  • Marketplace Analyst handling marketplace operations and data analysis for eCommerce consultancy Híbrido. Supporting retail media campaigns and collaborating across teams in a hybrid work model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Media, or Business Strategy is a plus
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in digital commerce, with hands-on experience in marketplace operations or retail media
  • Practical experience with 1P and 3P models on platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, VTEX, Shopee and/or other relevant marketplaces
  • Knowledge of sell-out levers such as pricing, assortment, content quality, availability, buy box, and review management
  • Track record supporting commercial, operational, or media performance initiatives in digital environments
  • Familiarity with social commerce and bricks-and-clicks strategies is a strong plus
