About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and accurate execution of benefits processes, including purchasing, verification, posting and payment of services, and provide prompt, empathetic support to employees.
- Serve as an operational support point, contributing to organization, updating of information and a positive beneficiary experience, ensuring compliance with deadlines, internal policies and agreements with vendors.
- Provide operational support and back-office activities for the benefits area, performing registrations, transactions and system controls.
- Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal voucher, food allowance, fuel and pharmacy program), carrying out purchases, verifications, postings and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Verify billing and discounts and ensure correct posting and payment of invoices and payment slips.
- Provide employee support, advising on benefit usage, deductions and the resolution of inconsistencies.
- Process beneficiary transactions (enrollments, removals and changes) with vendors.
- Support the updating of communications and information about benefits.
- Manage parking processes, including registrations, validations and access management.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Qualifications: Prior experience with benefits administration routines.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Advantage: Knowledge of LG and SAP systems.
