Responsibilities
- Lead the efforts in gathering information on the existing conditions and dimensions of proposed lease spaces, leveraging Trileaf’s internal Site Survey team
- Lead the technical development of projects from schematic design through construction documents
- Mentor internal architecture teams, coordinating workflows and maintaining quality across all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural engineers.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and building system integration using AutoCAD.
- Research and apply applicable codes, standards, and building technologies.
- Support construction administration with responses to RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
- Some travel (<10%) will be necessary for this role, in performance of Construction Administration responsibilities.
Requirements
- Licensed architect with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of building systems and detailing.
- 10+ years of architectural experience, including experience in multi-site prototype-driven retail sites.
- Excellent coordination skills with consultants and familiarity with QA/QC processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-driven mindset.
- A professionally licensed architect is highly preferred
- Education : Bachelors degree required
