About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architectural design process through to execution planning (service phases 1–5) based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit
- Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards and coordinate with the relevant authorities
- Integrate and coordinate discipline-specific specialist models
- Work closely with other disciplines and coordinate according to the agreed BIM workflow
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or qualification as a drafting technician (Bauzeichner) with a specialization in BIM modeling in Revit
- Several years of professional experience in design (service phases 3–5, LPH 3–5 HOAI)
- Confident use of BIM-specific CAD software, especially Autodesk Revit
- Strong analytical thinking and a results-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
