Responsibilities
Capture the current (AS-IS) business processes in the PLM environment.
Develop TO-BE processes according to the Process Owners' specifications.
Evaluate and consolidate process requirements.
Represent TO-BE processes in process diagrams.
Collaborate with IT to map individual process components to system solutions.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses for process changes.
Act as the primary point of contact for the IT team during the implementation phase.
Document the results and deliverables produced.
Requirements
Degree in a technical field.
At least two years of relevant professional experience.
In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter (RAC + AWC) and Teamcenter interfaces (T4S, T4ST, T4EA).
Experience in process modeling (BPMN, EPK, etc.) and in development and design processes within SAP ERP.
Desirable experience with product configuration, part classification, and change management.
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken.
Ability to mediate between user requirements and IT constraints.
Team player with personal commitment, a strong work ethic, and a goal-oriented working style.
