Responsibilities
Support our subsidiaries in designing efficient operational processes for project tenders and procurement procedures.
Early identification of new business opportunities and proactive reporting of potential leads to management.
Prepare, compile, and submit public tenders and pre-qualification documents, and manage and coordinate external service providers during the tendering process.
Maintain and manage reference databases and standard documents (e.g., forms, declarations, compliance documents).
Work closely with operational and commercial teams to develop bid content.
Ensure adherence to internal deadlines and coordinate with clients.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration.
Several years of professional experience in public procurement, bid management, or a legal/tender-related environment.
Very good knowledge of procurement procedures and procurement law, ideally in the field of engineering services.
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style combined with strong team spirit.
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., e-procurement systems).
Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
