About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Manager driving the recruitment landscape in growing engineering firm. Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process and key stakeholder collaboration in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process across several of our subsidiaries, with a focus on complex civil engineering positions.
  • Conduct interviews and closely support decision-makers in our engineering offices.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and proactively build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Active sourcing for demanding engineering roles, monitoring and optimizing related KPIs, systematically building talent pools, and continuously tracking the market.
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition, particularly in stakeholder management and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification relevant to recruiting.
  • Several years of experience in in-house recruiting for highly demanding positions (experience in civil engineering is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of active sourcing, related metrics and KPIs, and talent-pool development in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management in German (minimum C1 level) — both written and spoken.
  • Structured, results-oriented working style, high level of personal responsibility and reliability, team player with strong organizational skills.
  • IT affinity and experience with MS 365 and common ATS (knowledge of Softgarden is a plus).
