About the role

  • Senior Manager, Skill Development at treXis developing training programs for fintech engineers with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized training programs for employees, clients, and partners
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver personalized feedback
  • Mentor, manage, and lead engineers across various projects
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Implement retention strategies by conducting one-on-one sessions with engineers
  • Offer refresher courses to sharpen technical skills
  • Collaborate with fellow managers to review and improve the technical delivery of online banking projects
  • Help identify key roles for specific tasks, and best skilled engineers for assignments

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in information technology
  • 5 years of experience in JavaScript, Flutter, Systems Architecture, and Systems Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in developing intelligence software systems
  • 5 years of experience in cloud-native development
  • 5 years of experience working in financial services, online banking, or fintech
  • Knowledge across web, backend, systems, and mobile platforms
  • 5 years of experience utilizing Google Workspace tools
