Responsibilities
Oversees strategic and operational functions for patient access and pre-access teams
Ensures alignment with revenue cycle goals and regulatory standards
Manages multi-site operations, monitors KPIs, and drives process improvements
Develops and manages departmental budgets and ensures compliance
Partners with leadership to implement initiatives to optimize front-end workflows
Leads recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for supervisors and staff
Serves as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Promotes collaboration to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
Minimum 2 – 3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry
Patient Access experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft is a must
Ability to balance numerous priorities, therefore requiring great skills in prioritization
Ability to understand and master numerous computer applications
Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience highly preferred
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements
