Responsibilities
Oversee strategic and operational functions for patient access and pre-access teams
Manage multi-site operations, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements
Develop departmental budgets, ensure compliance, and implement initiatives to optimize workflows
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for supervisors and staff
Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, resolve escalated issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
Minimum 2 – 3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry
Patient Access experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft is a must
Ability to balance numerous priorities
Ability to understand and master numerous computer applications
Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience highly preferred
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements
