  • Patient Access & Pre-Access Manager overseeing strategic functions and multi-site operations in healthcare at Ensemble. Leading teams to enhance operations, compliance, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic and operational functions for patient access and pre-access teams
  • Manage multi-site operations, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements
  • Develop departmental budgets, ensure compliance, and implement initiatives to optimize workflows
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for supervisors and staff
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, resolve escalated issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
  • Minimum 2 – 3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry
  • Patient Access experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft is a must
  • Ability to balance numerous priorities
  • Ability to understand and master numerous computer applications
  • Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements
