About the role

  • Supply Planner for The Quality Group managing innovation projects from recipe approval to launch. Ensuring smooth collaboration between departments and effective project management.

Responsibilities

  • You manage innovation projects from recipe readiness through to launch and ensure a smooth process
  • You coordinate the flow of information between all relevant interfaces and ensure clear communication
  • You calculate material requirements for innovations, track them and ensure availability
  • You work closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Product Management, PLM, promotion planning and Graphic Design
  • You oversee multiple projects in parallel and prioritize independently

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
  • You have solid expertise in supply planning and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • You take ownership, drive topics proactively and are comfortable preparing and coordinating decisions
  • You communicate clearly, reliably and appropriately with different stakeholders and are able to consolidate information in a structured way
  • You work in a highly structured manner, organize yourself independently and keep an overview even when handling multiple concurrent projects
  • You have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, analyses)
  • You have excellent English skills; German skills are desirable.
